Cannon Character: Bentley Raymond Sample Post: Today will not be a waste of time. Troy thought. He had just picked up the pizza from the Toni's and was making his way to the beach. It was frustrating enough trying to order the damn thing. He had called them earlier to schedule a pick up order, but something was wrong with the equipment and they couildn't do that. Troy ended up having to drive out of his way over to the place, passing the up the quickest route to the beach. By the time he got their, he really wasn't sure what to order. He wasn't too sure what Harlow liked, so Troy ended up ordering two medium pizzas: one cheese, one pepperoni. Then it took forver from them to fix it since theywere out of the hand-tossed dough. But when it was all said and done, it was worth it. He paid the money, and rushed out of the place. He was glad he had arrived early so he wouldn't be too late. Troy then placed the pizzas in the backseat of his Jeep and making sure it was secure. Then climbing into the front seat, he made his way to the shore.
There was little traffic today, which still wasn't saying too much for Miami. But after traveling a few blocks and running a few stop signs Trop arrived at the beach. He parked near the boardwalk, not too for fom where he planned to sit. He'd brought two large beach towels for them to relax on. He'd also managed to find a beach umbrella in case the sun became too unbearable. It was supposed to be a nice, clear day according to the forecasts, but you never could depend on them too much. Turning his wrist, Troy glanced at his watch 12:15 he thought, readin the hands of the watch. He always tried to be at least ten minutes early when meeting friend's somewhere. He was kinda OCD about it at times. Even though alot of time his friends arrived later than the scheduled time anyway, he liked to be the punctual and reliable one of the group.
Sighing lightly, Troy leaned the front seat of the vehicle back. He stretched a bit and got into a comfortable position. And now to wait. He wasn't exactly what they would do around here. Looking from the open side window, Troy he could more and more people arriving. Hopefully it wouldn't become too crowded. He wasn't easily angered but one thing that ticked him off about the beach was people running all over your stuff. Specifically younger kids. As much as he loved them, it annoyed him. He then pondered what possibly they could do out here. Hang out, eat, drink, then what. Hmm, what was it I was thinking of earlier he though to himself. Oh yeah. Jet Skis Maybe if she didn't mind too much they could go on some jet skiis later on. Or maybe not. If not maybe going for a swim. Even though he was clad in a pair of shorts and a loose t-shirt, he had brought along a pair of trunks for that.
But all he could do now was wait. He was actually excited about hanging out with Harlow. Which was odd, considering they weren't the closest of friends. If there were any feeling for her as more than a friend, he'd deny it. It was just something he did. Whether he really did or not, it made him feel kinda awkward talking or even thinking about things like that.
